Services
Axionbay provides software engineering, web and mobile development, cloud infrastructure, blockchain, and AI automation services. The specific terms of any engagement are governed by a separate Statement of Work or Services Agreement executed between the parties. These Terms of Service govern use of our website and initial inquiry process.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, work product created by Axionbay pursuant to a paid engagement becomes the intellectual property of the client upon receipt of full payment. Axionbay retains the right to use general methods, techniques, concepts, and know-how developed during engagements in future projects for other clients.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Information shared during the inquiry process or engagement is not disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. We are prepared to execute mutual NDAs prior to sharing sensitive project details.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Axionbay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding three months.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
